I’m Shannon Palmore — founder of The Leverage Suite and architect of System to Scale.

I started my real estate career in 2019 as a full-time administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing agent in Georgia. I helped scale a solo practice into a four-agent team — coordinating listings, managing transactions, and keeping files clean and fully compliant as the business grew.

Since then, I’ve supported solo agents and top-producing agents across Georgia and South Carolina — delivering steady, high-level backend support. And through it all, I saw the same issue: the backend only moved when the agent did. Even with help, there was no structure carrying the business forward between deals.

The Leverage Suite was created in direct response to that pattern — to handle the transaction coordination, compliance, and listing work that was consuming agents' time, so they could get back to the part of the job that actually earns.

Retainer partnerships start at $2,000/month based on your file volume. Per-file services are also available for agents who prefer to start file by file.

  • Yes. Our retainer partnership isn't priced per deal — it's designed to keep your backend running between deals too. That includes compliance catch-up, listing prep, client follow-up, and admin maintenance. The support doesn't stop when closings do. And if you're not ready for a retainer, per-file services are available so you can start where you are.

  • There's no long-term contract. Either party may cancel at any time with 14 days written notice. Retainer fees for any billing period already in progress are non-refundable. If you cancel without providing the required notice, an early termination fee equal to one month's retainer applies. Tiers are reviewed quarterly — if your volume shifts, we adjust at the start of the following quarter.

  • Onboarding typically takes 14 days. Once your onboarding fee is received, we begin setup immediately — while you complete a short checklist and meet with us, we’re syncing systems, customizing templates, and preparing your backend for full service.

  • None. We work with whatever you’re using — whether that’s Dotloop, Skyslope, DocuSign, or a simple folder setup. You don’t need to be organized before we start. That’s our job.

  • Yes. You stay fully informed and involved. We manage the backend so you don’t have to carry it — but you’ll still see clear updates, branded materials, and full transparency throughout.

  • No. This isn’t task-based support or waiting on instructions. System to Scale™ is a strategic backend partnership. We’ve already built the systems, structure, and workflows — and we step in ready to run them.
