The Leverage Suite was founded by Shannon Palmore, a backend growth strategist with six years of experience supporting high-producing solo agents and teams across Georgia and South Carolina.
Her real estate career began in 2019 as a full-time administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing agent in Georgia. In that role, she helped scale a solo practice into a four-agent team—coordinating listings, managing transactions, and keeping every file clean and compliant as the business grew.
Over time, Shannon supported agents through hundreds of deals—handling the backend as their businesses expanded, client volume surged, and operational pressure increased. But even as production grew, the same breakdown kept showing up: the backend still depended on the agent. The systems weren’t built to carry the business forward—they were built to react. There was no structure between deals, no workflows that ran without constant oversight, and no real breathing room to grow without compromise.
