I'm Shannon Palmore, founder of The Leverage Suite and a real estate transaction coordinator with seven years of experience supporting solo agents and teams across Georgia and South Carolina.

My career began in 2019 as a full-time administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a top-producing agent in Georgia. In that role, I helped coordinate the growth of a solo practice into a four-agent team — managing transactions, handling compliance uploads, coordinating listings, and keeping every file clean and deadline-ready as the volume grew.

Over time I supported agents through hundreds of deals. And through all of it, one pattern kept showing up — the transactions, the compliance uploads, the listing paperwork, the deadline tracking — that work was always the last to get real support, even as everything else grew. The systems holding the deals together weren't built to carry the volume forward. They were built to react. And someone was always scrambling to keep up.

The Leverage Suite was created in direct response to that pattern.
