Hi, there.
I’m Shannon Palmore, and I founded The Leverage Suite on one simple realization: I wanted to do more for my clients.
That realization came while I was supporting solo agents and small teams—managing transactions, coordinating listings, and handling the backend details that keep a business moving. I took pride in stepping in wherever I was needed, making sure my clients had the support to focus on what they did best.
The more I worked alongside agents in their growth seasons, the clearer it became: they didn’t just need help once a deal was signed—they needed a partner who could keep pace with their business, bring structure to the backend, and create real space to scale.
My career in real estate began over six years ago as an administrative assistant and transaction coordinator for a high-producing solo agent. Over the course of a year and a half, I helped him grow from a one-person business into a full team of four. That gave me a front-row seat to what scaling really requires—and how essential strong backend support becomes as the pace picks up.
Through my work since then, I’ve seen how critical it is to have someone behind the scenes who understands not just the process, but the pressure—someone who brings clarity, consistency, and trust to the way a business runs.
What I’ve learned is this: Agents are truly supported when the right help creates the time, structure, and space they need to close more deals and grow with intention.
