Tier is based on average monthly file volume, reviewed quarterly. Clients who consistently exceed their tier are transitioned to the next level at the start of the following quarter.

Here’s how onboarding works.
Step 1: Sign your Client Service Agreement.
Retainer clients will also submit a Recurring Payment Authorization Form and process their first monthly payment before service begins.
Step 2: Receive your welcome packet and a link to schedule your onboarding consultation.
Step 3: Complete your intake checklist to help us support you faster from day one.
Step 4: Your file structure is prepped, your systems are synced, and your templates are customized.
Step 5: Full service begins — active files, incoming listings, and ongoing coordination are underway.
